Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy explains how shipment planning, Incoterms, buyer responsibilities and delivery expectations work for samples and bulk orders.
General
Shunwang Apparel works with international carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to support sample and bulk shipments for B2B buyers worldwide.
Production lead time vs. transit time
Production lead time and shipping transit time are different stages. Sample lead time, bulk production lead time, and actual transit time depend on product route, quantity, material readiness, destination and carrier schedule.
Any timeline shown on the Site or in preliminary communication is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Shipping methods and commercial terms
Depending on order size, urgency, destination and buyer preference, shipments may be arranged by express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail freight, or other agreed logistics methods.
Shipping costs, packing method, shipping route and applicable trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP are confirmed in the relevant quotation, Proforma Invoice, or Sales Contract.
Buyer responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate consignee details, destination instructions, import licenses where required, customs clearance cooperation, and payment of destination-country duties, taxes, tariffs and related fees.
Delivery, delays and risk transfer
We make reasonable efforts to coordinate shipment according to the confirmed order schedule. Delays caused by customs inspections, port congestion, airline or vessel changes, force majeure, public-health events, carrier disruptions, government action, or inaccurate buyer-provided information are outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the agreed Incoterm or other written shipping arrangement between the parties.
Shipment review and claims
Upon receipt, the buyer should inspect outer packaging, carton count and visible condition as soon as reasonably possible. If there is transport damage, shortage or another shipment issue, the buyer should keep evidence and notify us promptly with shipment details and supporting materials.
